We provide online healing support and other services for people who are coping with devastating loss to suicide. Our online forum operates like a 24/7 support group. Our website contains support resources and information on the survivor experience.

What is EMDR Therapy?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma.

Most of our efforts pertaining to this program involve studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to implement them. We evaluate our success in this field by gathering qualitative and quantitative data, and using that information to measure shifts and changes from our baseline measurements.

Solace House

Solace House is a grief counseling center that supports children, individuals and families who have been impacted by the death of a loved one, whether anticipated, or sudden and unexpected.

Church of the Resurrection Suicide Support Group

This group is for those who have lost loved ones to suicide. We will honor those people that we have lost, while offering a space for you to grieve and share as you feel comfortable. Material will be appropriate for teenagers and older.

Suicide Awareness Survivor Support (SASS)

SASS unites survivors of suicide (family, friends, etc.) by organizing community support groups throughout the MOKAN metropolitan area.

After a suicide, here’s what happens to the people left behind.  For every suicide, there are from 6 to 32 "survivors" and 425 people exposed on a personal level.
