Chad's nickname on the BVN Lacrosse Team was "Spark Plug".   Chad would ignite the team with his hustle, positive attitude and encouragement.  His family didn't learn of his nickname until his passing but his nickname inspired a foundation committed to honoring the team he so loved, encouraging those left behind and combatting teen suicide.
